This classic ship, known for its vintage charm and timeless appeal, takes you on a scenic journey from Warnemünde, Germany, to Ronne (Denmark), Gdańsk (Poland), Klaipeda (Lithuania), Ventspils (Latvia), Saaremaa (Estonia), Visby (Sweden), and Karlskrona (Sweden), before returning to Warnemünde. Throughout this voyage, you will experience historic cities, picturesque coastlines, and the rich cultural heritage of the Baltic region, all while enjoying the nostalgic atmosphere of the MS Nordstjernen.

MS Nordstjernen Travel Itinerary*

Day 1: Embarkation in Warnemünde: Your adventure begins in the picturesque seaside town of Warnemünde, known for its wide sandy beach and historic lighthouse. In the afternoon, you will settle into your cabin and enjoy the maritime charm of the harbor before departure.

Day 2: Rønne (Bornholm): The Danish island of Bornholm enchants with rocky coastlines, gentle hills, and white sandy beaches. In Rønne, cobbled streets, half-timbered houses, and the Bornholm Museum invite exploration, along with insights into traditional crafts.

Day 3: Gdańsk (Danzig): Gdańsk impresses with its restored Old Town, featuring magnificent merchant houses and Gothic churches. Highlights include the Long Market with the Neptune Fountain and St. Mary’s Church, one of the largest brick churches in Europe. The harbor reflects the maritime heritage of this Hanseatic city.

Day 4: Klaipėda: Lithuania’s oldest city, Klaipėda, offers a charming Old Town and Theater Square, home to the “Ännchen von Tharau” sculpture. It serves as the gateway to the Curonian Spit, a UNESCO World Heritage site with stunning sand dunes.

Day 5: Ventspils: The Latvian port city of Ventspils boasts a well-preserved Old Town, a castle-turned-museum, and a scenic city beach. Its vibrant floral installations and colorful sculptures add unique charm to the cityscape.

Day 6: Saaremaa: Estonia’s largest island, Saaremaa, is known for its pristine nature and rich history. The capital, Kuressaare, features a beautifully preserved bishop’s castle, while the coastal landscapes and quaint villages showcase authentic island life.
